The United Methodist Women of Trinity Chuch have supported Living Wells for India since 2003.
They recently built their 20th Well!
The Women collect coins in the offering plate each Sunday, and also make special appeals through the year.
Clean, safe water is provided in Jesus’ name to suffering communities throughout the world. The United Nations and World Health Organization estimate that
1.7 million deaths each year from water-borne diseases such as diarrhea are preventable through clean water, safe hygiene practices, and adequate sanitation.
Living Wells meets this challenge by drilling wells to provide clean water. They maximize the benefits of these water sources by providing hygiene education and sanitation facilities. Each bore well can provide clean drinking water for several hundred villagers.
Some members take the cause outside the church, as you can see in the video to the right.
Ruth Bullen, a long time member, tells how she meets with others at McDonalds for coffee most mornings. She recently shared with the others about the wells, and now they all contribute their change.
For more information, visit the Living Wells website.
To contribute to this cause, please place your change in the offering plate on any Sunday. Or contact Trinity Church at 410-268-1620

"I want us to be so filled with God's Holy Spirit, led by the Holy Spirit, empowered by the Holy Spirit, that people will say, 'If you want to know what Jesus is like, find somebody from Trinity.'" - Pastor David Wentz
