People coming to Trinity Church enjoy two very different services that help us connect with God in different ways.
The 9:00 AM Service is informal. Our contemporary praise band,
The Fire Inside, leads in worship. These may be original songs written
by the Band, or modern worship songs, and sometimes a hymn or two.
Children participate in a special "Children's Time" with either the Pastor or
our own Professor Einstein, before they leave for Sunday School.
The 11:00 AM Service leads us in traditional worship.
A choir is accompanied by a Three Manual Organ or the piano while
we experience God's presence through familiar hymns (and sometimes one or two unfamiliar ones!). The comforting words of ageless creeds and liturgical responses invite us to know God better.
Both services include
Durig the Praise and Prayer Request time, the Pastor welcomes those who want to express a current need or praise. He then follows this time with a Pastoral Prayer for our church, other churches, and our country.
The sermons are geared to help us imitate Jesus and move in the power of the Holy Spirit. Pastor David teaches from a great depth of knowledge, but he also reflects one of his favorite verses as he preaches:
"My message and my preaching were not in
persuasive words of wisdom, but in
demonstration of the Spirit, and of power,
so that your faith would rest not on human wisdom,
but on the power of God."
(1 Corinthians 2:4-5)
"We want everyone who comes to Trinty,
or who comes around us, to know that they are in the presence of the living God who loves them,
and in a church full of people who love them, too."
Sunday School Classes
Children join in the worship time at the beginning of the 9:00 Service. Then, after the Children's Time, they can attend Sunday School classes.
Adults have a choice of Sunday School at either the 9:00 or 11:00 Services. The 11:00 class gathers downstairs after the Fellowship Time.

Wondering what to wear? People come in everything from blue jeans to suits. Wear what makes you comfortable - we do!
Children are welcome at both services. We also have a
newly renovated nursery with loving attendants trained in CPR.
The Sanctuary is equipped with a new audio-visual system,
complete with projector screen. Or you may prefer to use the hymnals from the racks.
Devices for the hearing impaired are located at the entrances.
The elevator provides access for wheel chairs.
Friendly Ushers will help you with any questions.
What can you do after the services?

"I want us to be so filled with God's Holy Spirit, led by the Holy Spirit, empowered by the Holy Spirit, that people will say, 'If you want to know what Jesus is like, find somebody from Trinity.'" - Pastor David Wentz
