God is love. 

 

The nature of love is to share. 

 

God created you to share God’s love. And God gave you free will so you can decide whether you want to share in God’s love or not.

 

We’ve chosen to share in God’s love, and so we’ve seen God do some amazing things. 

• We’ve seen God answer our prayers. 

• We’ve seen God heal people – in spirit, in mind, in body, and in relationships. 

• We’ve seen actual physical healings right in our sanctuary. Sometimes right in our living rooms!

• We’ve sensed God’s guidance. 

• We’ve been warmed by God’s comfort. 

• We’ve benefitted from God’s provision. 

• We’ve known God’s presence.

 

Love. Joy. Peace. Freedom. Wisdom. Mercy. Compassion. Justice. Forgiveness. Revelation. Family. Provision. Wholeness. Hope. 

 

Love again – most of all, love.

 

These words are the barest beginning of describing God, and the relationship he wants to have with each one of us. 

 

How can we not be excited?
