Key verse: Romans 8:6 If your sinful nature controls your mind, there is death. But if the Holy Spirit controls your mind, there is life and peace.

  • Something is trying to control your mind!
    • The sinful nature
    • The Holy Spirit
  • It’s all in your head
    • Whether you live or die depends on what you allow to control your mind
    • The sinful nature leads to death
    • The Holy Spirit gives you life
  • It’s Greek to me
    • Bios – biological life
    • Zoe – the essence of life
  • Let go and let God
    • Becoming a Christian means giving control to Christ
    • If you haven’t done that, you aren’t a Christian
    • If you have done that, live like it!
